Core Conditioning
An entire class focusing on the "core", using a combination of Pilates and strength training principals, and utilizing the fitness ball, BOSU, weights, and bands.
The BOSU's name is an acronym for BOth Sides Up. Flat on one side, domed on the other, the unstable nature of the BOSU balance trainer makes it an ideal tool for establishing and reinforcing balance, stability and core strength. Using the BOSU as a tool, this class is a great way to strengthen your muscles, develop your balance, and condition your core. This is a combination of cardiovascular moves and strength training to streamline your fitness routine.

Kickboxing

Pilates

SCULPT: a blending of increased resistance with longer distances. ENDURANCE: builds strength and stamina by maintaining a steady heart rate and comfortable pace over an extended period of time. INTERVAL: teaches your body to recover quickly after performing at peak levels by incorporating bursts of speed and power with periods of recovery. OPEN SPIN: No instructor will be present, but front desk will get music rolling and help set you up, then you are on your own!
