Our first two camps proved that not only will EVERYONE get amazing results, but the results will be significant in weight/inches lost, motivation to continue and a new outlook on LIFE.  Our first 15 participants, lost a collection 207 pounds!!  The average inches lost was 4 in the waist and 5 from the hips.  One of our members lost 26 pounds which was 15.75% of her total body weight.  The changes are not only calculated by numbers though, read the testimonials to see how the BCC can change your life forever.  100% of the BCC participants have either joined a new BCC or they have started a studio membership to make sure they will maintain the amazing transformation.

The Body Camp Challenge has been amazing and has proven to me I can set my goals even higher than I thought I ever could before & not just in numbers. I'm a below the knee amputee and haven't always done certain "weight lifting" or "cardio" workouts. I thought it might be hard for me, but the BCC has proven that I can do anything, all I have to do is put my mind to it! I'm bound and determined to not let anything get in my way.... not even genetics, I WILL fight against all odds that the cancer, diabetes, high-blood pressure & high Cholesterol that runs ramped in my family will NOT concur me. I want to be the one that proves history wrong. Since I started the program my heath screening have proven I have already started to beat the system, my numbers were off the charts ( in a good way)- thanks to this program! I'm eating healthier, feeling great & can't wait for round two of the Body Camp Challenge!

The Body Camp Challenge is ME time. As a mom of three young children, it is difficult to “get away” from everyday routines and do something beneficial just for myself. Being a part of the BCC has given me accountability to the people I workout with, as well as being accountable to myself! I would probably come up with a thousand reasons not to go to the gym, the this experience is the exception! I feel so much better than I did before starting the Body Challenge. Taking time for myself has been life changing and has given me more energy to give to my three busy kids!

Body Camp has been an amazing experience for me personally. Over the past 9 weeks I have accomplished more physically than I thought myself capable of in a very long time. In addition to losing 25 pounds in 8 weeks and over 8 inches, I have a new confidence and energy in living an active lifestyle. Camp gave me the courage and physical strength to climb 69 flights of stairs for Leukemia at the Columbia Building. I plan to climb Mt. Si this year, another first for me, as well as hike other trails around Washington. Thank you, Katie, my dear friend Carolyn Dille and of course the rest of the amazing women in my class, for encouraging me to push myself and celebrating every step of my success with me in this process of becoming a healthier person.

As an on-going member of the Body Studio; yes, I made the transition from Bonney Lake to the Sumner facility, I quickly began to enjoy the new Crossfit and found it challenging and very tough. Crossfit is not for the ill at heart. As for choosing the Boot Camp. I had come to a point in my workouts that I felt bored and static and was not seeing results any more. I had plateaued. I enjoyed the personal time with the instructors but I needed something more. I was initially not about what was on the scale or the numbers, but more about feeling better and working hard to challenge myself.

Not only do I feel better, feel challenged, tired and spent at the end of the workouts, but I feel a camaraderie with the others in the class. They know the pain, they know the food we're trying not to eat (how evil is it that when we run, we smell garlic and Italian food), and we all have the same issue- trying to feel better about ourselves in an obese and fat America. We are the 10% (or whatever that # is) that are trying to do the right thing through exercise and diet. This is for the long haul- teaching us that weight loss and fitness are life-long choices and we are here to get into it up to our chins. There is not quick-fix to our problems, but 8 weeks sure makes the time go quickly.

It's hard to commit to anything for 8 weeks- but there are the rewards. I love that Katie is running with us and feeling our pain. I love how she is sore like the rest of us and reminds us that we can do it. I LOVE that she is also there to be insightful and tell us the grab the bigger weight- "strength is not your issue". I love the personal contact like she is one of us- not above us in the long hike to fitness and a lifestyle change.

For me- I have made positive changes in my life, made myself the number one priority for 8 weeks, and have come away with new friends as well as a new respect for what my body is able to accomplish.
